Descriptive Summary

Abstract: The collection includes a photo album containing photographs depicting timber damage sustained during several forest fires in Oregon. The album appears to have been prepared by a forester named Chris S. Hansen in August 1968. The album consists of 15 filler sheets each containing four color prints of the Oxbow, Oregon, forest fire of August 20, 1966. An additional filler sheet contains five smaller prints of the same fire. There is also one filler sheet containing two black and white prints of the August 16, 1951 Vincent Creek fire.
