Rent Our Space

Host Your Event at FHS

The Forest History Society allows the use of our lobby/exhibit hall and large meeting space, the Lynn W. Day Education Center, during regular business hours (M-F, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.). The following are included in a reservation:

  • Lobby & exhibit hall space (Capacity: 50-60 guests)
  • Large meeting/conference room (Capacity: 110 standing or seated in auditorium layout)
  • 20 rectangular tables (70" x 24") - available for business meeting use & cold food service only
  • 2 round tables (60")
  • Chairs - 30 wheeled + 75 non-wheeled
  • Access to kitchen/breakroom
  • Trash receptacles (Please remove contents at the end of your event.)
  • Coat rack (holds up to 50 coats) w/ hangers
  • Free parking - 34 spaces + 2 accessible parking spaces. Additional parking available on driveway as needed.

A $200 security deposit will be required in order to confirm your reservation.
We accept checks and credit cards (VISA, AmEx, MC, Discover).
